How to credit us

Put a credit next to the image, or in the caption or credits of your post or video, with a link to the comic. For example:

• Link to the comic's page on this site. A link to the homepage is fine where you cannot link to a page.
• If you change the image, for example by cropping, translating or redrawing it, say so: "adapted from".
• Where a link cannot be clicked, such as print or a video, write the address out in full.

What this covers

The comic pages and panels under property.bluebed.ai/comics. The art is AI-generated and directed by Daniel Koh.

What it does not cover

• Floor plans, site plans, renderings and other material from developers on the launch pages. Those belong to the developers.
• Articles and their diagrams, which quote government and other published sources. Ask us first.
• Our name and logo, and anything that suggests we endorse you or your use.

Not advice

The comics are stories. They are not financial or property advice, and the cards' bars are a character's own guesses, not figures.
